Return Policy

At Astral Oracle, each piece is crafted with intention and care, and we want you to feel empowered by your adornments. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is also required.

Damages & Issues

We want every piece to reach you in perfect form. Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if it’s damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Exchanges

Due to the limited nature of our collections, we are unable to offer guaranteed exchanges. Each request will be considered individually, but we reserve the right to decline exchanges to ensure fairness for all customers.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to complete the transaction.
